Zappr terms and conditions
Zalando SE (referred to as “Zalando”) provides Zappr (also referred to as the “Software”) as Software as a Service under the following link: https://zappr.opensource.zalan.do which is only available to users of the non-commercial version of GitHub or you can also download Zappr and host it yourself. Zappr is provided for free.
Zalando disclaims any liability with regard to simple negligence for damages caused by the use of Zappr. Additionally, Zalando also disclaims any warranty with regard to Zappr.
Zalando is free to restrict the use of and access to Zappr for single users at any time and solely within Zalando’s discretion. Zalando does not promise any availabilities with regard to Zappr. Zalando is also free to stop providing or change Zappr at any given time.
Zalando reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions within its reasonable discretion at any given time and without notification.
The use of Zappr and this agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with German law and the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts in respect of any dispute or matters arising out of or connected with agreement.
